Röhe & Wright is a proud supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause near and dear to our hearts. After R&W partner Andrew Suman's son Henry was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes, we embraced the opportunity to help Henry and all the other children suffering from this disease.
Annually, Röhe & Wright has participated in and sponsored JDRF events like the Walk to Cure Diabetes, William Fuller Golf Classic, and The 2005 Cruise to the Cure Underwater Adventure, raising over $200,000 for the foundation.
In December 2005, Röhe & Wright joined KHOU Channel 11 for a partnership in The House Spectacular in Royal Oaks. All proceeds from this holiday showcase event also benefited JDRF.
Avenue CDC

Avenue CDC is a non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing Houston's Washington Avenue and Near Northside Community by developing affordable housing and economic opportunities, while preserving the area's economic, cultural, and historical diversity. In the last eight years, Avenue CDC has helped to revitalize their community by leveraging over $35 million in investments, including the development of 50 single-family homes and 225 rental units.
Since 2002, Röhe & Wright has partnered with Avenue CDC to complete a number of successful projects which have created 24 quality affordable homes.
Historic Houston

Founded in 1998, Historic Houston was begun by amateur and professional historians and preservationists concerned that Houston's rich historical and architectural heritage was rapidly disappearing. Historic Houston is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting Houston's historic architectural and cultural resources through scholarly research, education and advocacy of sustainable design and conservation. Röhe & Wright is a proud supporter of Historic Houston and its programs to retain architectural intergrity in our city.
Buffalo Bayou Partnership

Created in 1986, the Buffalo Bayou Partnership is a coalition of civic, environmental, governmental and business representatives whose director nominees are confirmed by the Mayor of Houston and Harris County Judge. The non-profit corporation is responsible for developing and facilitating improvements to the Buffalo Bayou greenway system. Röhe & Wright is a proud supporter of the Buffalo Bayou Partnership and its programs to beautify existing bayou areas, create new green spaces, and improve the quality of life for all Houstonians. |
